I feel extremely fortunate that we ended up choosing Rachel Weinberg as our Realtor. Not only did she work extraordinarily hard and put in long hours but the quality of her work was top notch. There were a few times where I honestly felt that if we had been working with a different realtor than things wouldn't have turned out in our favor. Notably on the inspection objection/resolution of the first house that we went under contract on(it fell through). While advocating for us Rachel was extremely tactful in dealing with the sellers agent. Also, she went above and beyond in performing due diligence and turned up some very important information that I think many realtors would have missed. Lastly, when an offer we made was rejected at 9pm on a weeknight she took it upon yourself to call up the sellers agent for another house that same night. We were lucky that she did this because again she turned up some very useful information regarding the time sensitive nature of a potential offer. We were able to get an offer in first thing the next morning and ultimately purchase the house. In such a hot market and competitive price range Rachel's attention to detail, her interpersonal skill and her local knowledge made all the difference for us. Rachel gets a ten out of ten and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering purchasing a home in the Boulder area.
