There were a few times where I honestly felt that if we had been working with a different realtor than things wouldn't have turned out in our favor. Notably on the inspection objection/resolution of the first house that we went under contract on(it fell through). While advocating for us Rachel was extremely tactful in dealing with the sellers agent. Also, she went above and beyond in performing due diligence and turned up some very important information that I think many realtors would have missed.
